Ornela Rigotti, a seasoned psychologist and professional coach, leads PSYCONSULTORIA with ten years of expertise in human resources and organizational consulting. Having collaborated with diverse sectors— including IT, healthcare, localization, law, and accounting—both locally and internationally, she integrates organizational psychology with coaching and assessment techniques. Ornela brings a forward-thinking, balanced perspective to every engagement.
